IndianRating.in is a technology intermediary and consumer advocacy platform. We host consumer grievances and accountability metrics. Content and guidance here support awareness and amicable dispute resolution — we do not adjudicate disputes, provide legal advice, or act as legal representation.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the factual accuracy of complaints and documents you upload. Do not post defamatory statements about private individuals. Focus on the corporate entity and verifiable facts.

Intermediary position

Consistent with applicable intermediary safe-harbor principles (including IT Act concepts), content is user-generated and subject to notice-and-takedown / moderation. Public pages mask personal data where feasible.

Notices & email

Formal notices may be AI-assisted. In Phase 1, human approval is required before any outbound email. Escalation to regulators remains the consumer’s choice and responsibility.
